This Course provides Test Managers with advanced skills in Test Estimation, Test Planning, Test Monitoring and Test Control. They will learn how to define the overall testing goals and strategy for systems being tested. They will gain hands on experience in planning, scheduling and tracking these tasks and describe and organize the necessary activities.

Returning to work they will be able to select, acquire and assign adequate resources for testing tasks and form, organize and lead testing teams. They will learn how to justify their decisions and provide adequate reporting information where applicable.

Requirements:

Delegates must have Completed the ISTQB Foundation Certification Course and be already working in the Test Management Environment.
Delegates must either have a Degree and two years experience in Software Testing - If not, delegates must have 5 years Practical Software Testing Experience
